Lisa M. Douglas brings a wealth of experience and a sharp eye for detail to her role as an Association Coordinator at Strauss. She supports multiple associations including WEA, MPPI, and ESC with a focus on day-to-day administration, member services and engagement, Board support, and conference planning and execution.
With over a decade of experience in fast-paced, multi-client environments, Lisa is a self-professed lover of “a good to-do list.” She keeps a keen eye on the bigger picture to ensure associations achieve and surpass their unique goals.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Winnipeg, along with additional studies in Conflict Resolution.
Outside of work, Lisa runs a photography business specializing in weddings and lifestyle portraits. She’s a dedicated dog mom to Loki, a travel enthusiast, and a rock music fan who never misses a good concert. Her weekends are often spent behind the lens, curled up with a book, or gaming with her husband Mack.
