Karen L’Oiseau brings over a decade of experience in event management and association services to her role at Strauss, where she leads the event planning and management for the Pedorthic Association of Canada (PAC) and supports other client initiatives. Known for her attention to detail, forward-thinking, calm professionalism, and client-first approach, Karen ensures every event runs seamlessly from concept and logistics to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
With a solid background in conference and program planning, sponsor relations, and stakeholder engagement, she combines strategic thinking with practical execution to create meaningful experiences that align with each client’s goals. Her creativity, organizational precision, and passion for collaboration make her a trusted partner in delivering exceptional events that engage and inspire.
While working full time, Karen completed her MBA, an achievement she’s especially proud of, which reflects her strong work ethic and dedication to continuous learning.
Outside of work, Karen loves to travel. She’s explored 25 countries across four continents and also enjoys home renovation projects, bubble baths, and staying active (even if she loves to hate burpees!).
