Coralee began working with the Strauss team over 15 years ago as an event manager and has since moved on to the role of association manager. Her completion of the Certified Association Executive (CAE) program in 2020 demonstrates her dedication to supporting association success. Coralee serves on the Manitoba Council of the Canadian Society of Association Executives.

Coralee was the recipient of the Rising Star award presented by Meeting Professionals International in 2010.

Utilizing her leadership skills, Coralee provides guidance to national and provincial associations, aiding them in achieving goals and producing measurable growth. With a focus on delivering positive experiences and ROI to members, Coralee works hard to ensure that an association’s vision, mission, and values are always are upheld. Coralee’s organizational skills ensure that association operations always run smoothly and efficiently.

As an Executive Director, she believes that the key to success is having great communication skills, being a strong leader, and acting on the desire to continue learning through professional development courses and sessions.

Having retained a long-time passion for fitness and health, Coralee holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Winnipeg. She is often found exercising along the river or running up and down the building stairwells during her lunch hours. Coralee enjoys reading, beach vacations, and spending time with her family.
